Q. How can I renew or update my donation (such as increasing my giving level)?
A. We are very grateful to the Vancouver Foundation for administering donations to the fund at 100 Gay Men YVR! Currently, the Vancouver Foundation does not offer a self-service option for donors to renew or change their donations. Members who wish to renew or update monthly or quarterly donations can do so by contacting Kim Macphee (manager, donor services at the Vancouver Foundation) at (604) 218-0442; alternatively, you can send them an email message at kim.macphee@vancouverfoundation.ca to cancel your current donation so that you can set it up with your updated settings on our donation page.
The Vancouver Foundation is aware of these limitations of the online donation system, and we know that they are exploring how they can offer a more convenient, self-service way for donors to update their recurring donations. The Vancouver Foundation has been a tremendous resource to us, and so we appreciate your understanding. Please contact us if you have any questions.
